There are several screws, one is behind the side view mirror switch and there are two in the armrest and they can best be seen from a kneeling position. Then the clips around the edges can be popped loose with a plastic wedge tool inserted between the door panel and the door itself and lastly a firm tug in an upwards angle and off it comes.
