I would like to know any short cuts to replacing guides & seals for my valves, also the book time for this procedure? THANK YOU..... Bruce

At 124k miles, there is a strong possibility that the guides and seals are fine, what you may have here is a head gasket that is delaminating and allowing oil into the cylinders or a possible cracked head. I recommend cylinder head removal and a pressure test at the machine shop of your choice. Warranty time to R&R the head is about 10 hours. Bentley manuals are quite good and I recommend them highly.
