The OUTSIDE temperature gauge always reads 122 Fahrenheit. I do not know how to reset it. I did push the button as it suggested in the manual BUT it only changes it to 50 degrees Celsius. Please help. Thank you.

The outside temperature sensor has sustained damage, it is in the left front lower wheel arch area.

#8 is where the sensor lives and the wiring too.
