Stearing wheel shakes while car is in drive or reverse. The rpm drop as soon as you put it in drive or reverse.

It started about 4 months ago. When driving the car it is fine. Just when come to a stop with the car still running. All filters have been changed within the last four months, oil change, etc. The car is a automatic. The shaking isnt bad but annoying. Bmw or any car should do this. Trans fluid has not been changed in a while. The engin also shakes when in drive or reverse. Like I said its not a bad shake but it is still annoying. I noticed a couple days ago when I turned the ac off while in park the wheel started shaking.

I would think a closer look at the smooth running numbers would allow a look at a low cylinder, then a leak down or compression test, or perhaps first inspecting and/or replacing ignition components. An intake manifold leak will cause this too, look at the intake boot at the accordion boot turn up to the idle control valve.
