1998 BMW 328 door locks and windows-sunroof

Problem started with sunroof, the motor went so I replaced sunroof motor It seems to work but when I pressed the button it would not move but made a noise and the my door locks and windows button stopped working I checked the fuses and replaced some even though I dont think they need replacing? Can it be a relay or something shorted out. The sunroof is out of line not sitting properly but no leaks
