1998 BMW 328 door locks and windows-sunroof

Problem started with sunroof, the motor went so I replaced sunroof motor It seems to work but when I pressed the button it would not move but made a noise and the my door locks and windows button stopped working I checked the fuses and replaced some even though I dont think they need replacing? Can it be a relay or something shorted out. The sunroof is out of line not sitting properly but no leaks

OK, we're going to check some fuses in the underhood left rear fuse block, "key on".
You will need to test both ends of the fuse for power.
Sun roof F1
Windows F14
Door locks F35 and F7
Let me know what you find. We may have to go deeper.
