my child let the seat back all the way and know the seat wont go back up but you can still here the motor running but it wont move.

There is a reduction gear in the seat back gearbox operator that is made of plastic and is prone to failure. The replacement of the gear requires removal of and disassembly of the gearbox or replacement of the unit in its entirety, call Autobahn dismantling @ (619)444-2290 and speak to John or Sean and tell them Dr. Hagerty sent you.
