please could someone help us we have no idear about this car and just cant affoord to get ripped off by dodgy garage fees we have had the car now for 4 months and it just keeps getting worse and worse at the moment it keeps cutting out at low revs and sometimes when your sitting iddlee the rev counter goes up and down slightly on its own can anyone out there give me some idears my misses will be happy thats good for me thanks

Check for a local BMW club that can point you in the direction of a mechanic would be my advice. There may be several things combined causing this issue such as, worn spark plugs or bad coils, a vacuum leak in the intake, plugged air filter, and so on. How shall we proceed?
