2006 BMW 325 Brakes Light

I have a 2006 BMW 325I I replaced all the front and rear brake pads. But the Brake lights stayed on even when the emergency hand brake is down could you please let me know what could be the problem. I also checked the brake fluid and it was good. Thank You in advance.

You mean the brake warning light in dash? Did you replace the pad wear sensors (if applicable)? If not it will cause light to stay on. If not equipped or you did than it could be a sensor issue causing the light to appear even though brake system may be OK
