In the last couple of weeks I have noticed that the suspension of my 04 BMW 325i is squeaky. It does not squeak when being driven(even on speed bumps) but every time someone enters the passenger or even the driver's door and sits down a series of squeaks are heard. The suspension seems fine when driven and if I push the car down it returns to its original position slowly and with stability so with that said I don't really think its a huge issue but it its quite embarrassing to have a BMW that makes such noises when someone gets in. Also, when I brake hard, it remains in a straight line and no noises are present.

At your mileage and age, the car is under warranty, let your dealer know, after all, it is a BMW, use that warranty and compel them to fix it.

Good advice but every time I go in there they charge me just to "diagnose" the problem and if the repair is not covered under the warranty they dont waive the diagnostics charge so its just a pain. Thanks though

Then they are defrauding you, go to another dealer.
