Extreme vibration when accelerating, after driving about 15 miles

If this is something that only come on after driving for a while, you may have a tryre that is distorting as it warms up, have you had the tyres check for any distortion?

I have brand new tires, balanced, 4 wheel alignment, put in new driveshaft flex joint, I believe it is in the drive train. Possibly cv joint or half shaft.
