2003 BMW 325 Car vibrates after tune up

What may cause my car to vibrate (can feel it in my hands and lft foot. Vibration also causes cds in door to rattle). During tune up Spark plugs and Ignition Coils were replace and a Wynn Fuel System Decarb done. The shop says it's different because they also fixed a leaky hose that "was causing it to idle too low" and that "it is running properly and that BMWs run like that once they've been broken in." I have 108,000 miles on it; but, it did not do this before the tune up.

Take it back. Replacement of parts is usually due to need, what was the need to replace the coils? Were they bad?

They did not say the coils were bad. I was assuming that was something that was change with the plugs. The appointment was made initially because the car was making an extremely loud squelling noise on cold days (they said a loose bearing in alternator- recommended new alternator). Prior to the appointment date, it began to run really bad (they said due to the spark plugs). It runs fine, but I feel a shake in wheel, seat, and foot when not moving and moving. AND most days it cuts off at the first stop sign, but starts right up when restarted.
