My heater is not working. Any suggestions?

Perhaps a stuck heater valve. Disconnect the wiring connector at the heater valve and see if you get heat, the valve is commanded closed, removing power should let heat flow.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
