The passenger front has started making a horrible squealing sound. It only happens at slower speeds and stops as soon as I use the brakes. I just got new brakes, rotors, pads, everything about 3 months ago. What could be causing this now?

I want to help if I can, but there is only so much I can do from cyberspace, and if there is an issue of safety, have the car towed to the place that did the last work on the car and get a live opinion, I can only guess.
