My 325i blower has a mind of its own. I have read most of the articles related to this problem although mine is a little different. When I'm driving along the blowers speed will fade in and out. The biggest problem is after I shut the car off the blower will come on by itself sometimes killing my battery. I am guessing by reading all of the other posts that the final stage is the problem but I wanted a second oppinion

You are correct, it is the final stage. Have you sourced the replacement yet? I like to use Realoem. Com for price and availability, they are usually cheaper than the dealer.
