1988 BMW 325 Right Door Lock is jammed

The right door lock will not work. When I unlock using the left door lock, nothing happens to the right door lock - it remains locked. I can use the key on the left door lock an by turning about a 1/4 turn and pulling the door handle up the left door will open.

Any suggestions?

First thing to do is to inspect the wiring connector at the passenger door, it can get corroded and you will know it if it has turned green. Also it is possible the door lock actuator has failed and will require replacement. My friends at Autobahn dismantling would be glad to ship you that part, call (619)444-2290 and talk to John or Sean.
