My car is I believe flooding. It idles at 1500-2000rpm and when you push gas pedel trys to die and blows black smoke out tail pipe. You can drive it for about 10-15 minutes then dies and wont start for hours. I've ran out of ideas. MAF sensor, fuel filter, air intake boot and air filter brand new. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor 6 months old. Good spark at all cyl. No vacuum leaks, fuses and relays good. Checked fuel pulse dampner, air idler control, fuel pressure and all good. The fuel regulator has fuel flowing thru it with no clogs or hessitation. If you could help I would gratly appreciate it.

It might be the temperature sender for the engine electronics has taken its leave and is telling the DME to run full rich. Also inspect the engine wiring harness for possible issues and check all the grounds. These are just the basic starting points, if this does not help please repost with the last seven characters of the vehicle ID# and we will continue until we fix this car! ♥
