When stopped at a light sometimes the car start to shake then when I turn the car off and on right away it stops and sometimes starts shaking a little later and sometimes has a ! Next to the drive on the dashboard like ( !D )

A scan of the car is in order to determine if there is a fault set and what that fault is.

Bad ignition coils, a failed cam sensor, a vacuum leak, software error, sensor plausibility. Just to name a few, that's why the car needs to be scanned.
