2003 BMW 318 Interior Fan and Airconditioning

Can you please assist? The interior fan and aircon are not functional. The fan indicator indicate the speed but no reaction from fan. I assume the aircon problem is related to above since both stop functionat the same time. Thank you

The fan motor is controlled by a solid state device known as a final stage. It will require replacement. Go to Realoem. Com and price this device. It goes in behind the glove box area. Look in the 64 section, thats heating and air conditioning to you.
