2002 BMW 318 Two Wheel Drive Manual 101000 miles

hi we have a squeaking noise coming from the rear wheel passenger side. it starts when we have been driveing for about 10 mins it stops when we break then starts again. it is too hot to touch when we stop.we have had an mot done in april and it passed and the break warning lights dont come on

The rear brakes may require an inspection, I strongly recommend it straightaway as it is a safety issue.
