how to change the Alternator ?

First remove the battery from the circuit, then remove the fan and fan belt, remove the mounting bolts and the wiring at the rear of the old alternator and out it comes. Install in reverse order. Bentley publishing has a very good repair manual for your car, I highly recommend it.
