1994 BMW 318 shakes and wobbles

please help, my car has had new rotors put on the front and new brakes on front and back new tires also, but it rides fine until you hit a bump in the road then it shakes violently until you snap the wheel a little or push the brake and slow down. Could this be an alignment problem?

Lower control arm bushings are usually the culprit in this scenario.
