I have a 94 318 will not start. Rollsover like it is out of fuil. It is getting plenty of fuil and spark. It backfires when you pump the gas and rollit over. We also checked the timing, plugs, fuil filterfuilpumps. Any idea?

Check fuel pressure and delivery. At that mileage and age, I would replace the fuel pump as a preventive measure, also replace the main and fuel pump relays at the same time.
