In the interior fuse box fuses number one and seven keeps blowing. Number one is for the radio. (10 amp) and number seven is for the instrument cluster (20 amp).

Number one goes directly to radio so check red wire to see if something has been attached to it like an aftermarket alarm system. If it has disconnect that and see if it continues if it does then check for a grounded wire or shorted. Same for number seven as it is a violet wire. Then disconnect the cluster and see if it still blows if it does then have it scanned for codes as it may be a BUS problem or a bad module as that one powers three different ones.
