gear range sensor location (neutral safety switch) where is it?

When I put my vehicle into drive I am blowing the 10A fuse located in the Passenger compartment fuse panel in slot 20. This renders my turn signal, cruise control, backup lights inoperative.

suspect fault in Digital Transmission Range sensor located on trans see figure. It may have a short in Drive position. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
