How do you unplug the blower motor? There are 2 plugs on the blower motor. The one I can't get has a orange clip on the plug. I don't know how to release it, to get it unplugged.

The manual will not tell us how to actually unclip them but if you get a picture of it I am sure we can give you instruction on how to get it off. A lot of those are stubborn so you are not alone in this. I am the king of breaking connectors so I have learned the way not to do it.

Just post the picture and we can take a look at it. Thanks

I am attaching the process to remove the blower. As you can see if just says to disconnect the connector. Is the picture shown a match to what your connector looks like?

If so, the last attachment is pointing to the tip of the part of the connector that needs to be moved over to release the connector. So you use a small pick to move this tip over and pull down on the connector and it should come out.

Let us know how you make out.

I replaced the blower motor and the near by door blend actuator. I heard the actuator
work and the fan seem to work fine for a day. Then next time it was used it was running fine
but then the blower motor just stopped working. I checked all fuses and replaced one relay. There is power to the climate controller. Not sure of my next step? Any thoughts on my problem?

We need to go to the blower motor when this is happening and check for power. I imagine we don't have power at the blower motor which means we just need to go backwards in the system to find where we do have power. So then follow that wire to the resistor and check there, then to the control module on the gray/black wire.

That is good that we have power to the control module but we need to find out what is happening on the highlighted wires to find out if the module is just not sending the signal to the blower or it is sending it but it is not getting there due to a wiring issue or resistor issue.
