Blower Motor not working properly?

Bypassed wiring to battery from blower motor attached to toggle switch. Motor working but not full air and barely warm.

I actually figured it out, polarity was off the fan was spinning backwards. Switched wires to blower motor but did not do on battery. Changed on battery now it, it is full air. Thank you for all your available help.
