I am having a problem with my blower fan. I do not have any air flow at any speeds, and my A/C fuse keeps blowing when I start the engine. Is this the A/C compressor or something within the blower fan circuit? Is the compressor related to the blower motor? I am very new to working on my car so an easy explanation would be the most helpful, haha.

Thank you for any help you can give.

These circuits are not related. So let's be a little more specific on which fuse for the A/C system is blowing because you do have a couple in the system. If this is the fuse for the compressor relay then that is definitely not the blower fan. I am pretty sure you have two issues so let's address the blower fan on this post and then we can start a new post on the compressor issue because we need to keep each one to one topic.

I would start with jumping 12 volts directly to the blower motor and see if it comes on. If not, then the motor is most likely the issue. If it does come on then clearly we have another issue. So let's start with this and go from there.
