Hi,
I would like to know if it is normal to have an engine with blow by? It does not consume any oil.

Good morning,
Blow by is normal. Your PCV system is what controls the crankcase pressure from compression passing the rings.
Excessive amounts is not right if the PCV system is clogged or the piston rings are worn out.
