Electrical gremlins

My blinkers, horn and, cruise control stopped working suddenly. I have checked all fuses and changed the relay. What else should I check?

Check fuse and relay in pic as it is the same relay. Then have a mechanic check switches and clock spring in steering wheel if the clock spring is bad it will effect both cruise and horn.
