Welcome to 2CarPros.

First, I have to explain this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so my technical information is extremely limited.

You mentioned that the actuator and door are both okay and the actuator is working. I'm a bit lost then. Is there a linkage that is possibly disconnected? Have you removed the actuator and confirmed it is working properly?

Let me know.

I have problems with my BSI than they it after I have no command of the actuator for changing the course of the flow up or down. When I start the cognition on actuators are moving and they stop only down no matter what position I command and the re-circulation actuator not responds the command. It is C4 Grand Picasso. Sorry for my English.

Welcome back:

Your English is fine. Because I have no technical information to review, I am not sure what to tell you to check next. Does the vehicle have an electronic control unit inside?

Welcome back:

There has to be a break down between the control and the actuator. Have you checked wiring? I am very limited because I have no schematics for this vehicle. If the control panel works and the actuator works, there has to be a break down between the two.
