Blend door actuator has been having problems?

My A/C has been having problems. Will not change settings (defrost etc.,). I changed the blend door actuator by the gas pedal, but I can't figure out where the other one is. Is it going to be very hard to get to?

Yes, it is the lower actuator right above the gas pedal.

I think it is the higher one. The mode door actuator. The lower one is the one I already changed. any hints how to get it out of there?

I am sorry, you are correct, it is the higher one :/ I would use a small mirror on a stick and 1/4 drive sockets with a universal to get the mounting screws out. You might need to remove the throttle pedal and any brackets that are in the way. Have a good weekend and let me know if that fixes it.
