Blend door actuator I cannot control my temperature?

I can't control my temperature. I tried replacing the blend door actuator and found that the shaft the blend door actuator goes into is broken. How do you replace that part and what is it called to go buy it?

So, the part that is broken is the blend door pivot or simply put the blend door. The dash will need to be removed and the HVAC plenum disassembled and replaced, I am not sure if they sell the piece separately so you might need to repair the piece or get a replacement plenum from a wrecking yard. You probably had something fall down inside one of the vents which stopped the door from moving which caused it to break. Here is how to remove the plenum in the images below. You should start by disconnecting the battery, draining the engine coolant and vacuuming down the A/C system.
