Drivers side blows hot air no matter what?

The drivers side blows hot air no matter what. The passenger side blows the appropriate temperature. It seems like the drivers side blend door actuator isn’t working properly. The vent tube running to small vent on the drivers side is blocking one of the bolts holding it on. How am I supposed to replace it?

Can you send an image so I can see what you are dealing with? Also, can you double check the year, this car does not show a dual HVAC system? You might need to remove the air duct to get at the mounting screw or use a 1/4 drive universal socket with an extension. Please let me know, Ken
