Blend door location

For automatic A/C, the temperature blend door is controlled by an electric actuator (motor). The actuator is located on top of A/C evaporator housing.
For Removal and Installation of the temperature blend door actuator:
1. Remove the passenger air bag module.
2. Remove the defroster opening grill.
3. Detach and position aside the right hand demister hose.

Vehicles with anti-theft/key-less entry:
4. Remove the screws and position aside the anti-theft/keyless entry module.

All vehicles:
5. Working through the opening near the RH defroster nozzle, remove the screw.

6. Remove the temperature blend door actuator.1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Remove the screws and the temperature blend door actuator.
