Black screen on radio?

My screen is black and is stuck on am channels. Only 1-6 buttons work

Yep, 9 times out of 10 it will be the radio head unit, I would remove it and send it into a radio repair shop for testing and repairs. Here is how to remove the unit, start by disconnecting the battery. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
