What is the best coolant to use?

Just looking for what's the best coolant to use in these 4.6 L.

That year uses older conventional green coolant. They didn't switch to anything special until the next year. It holds 14.1 quarts for a full fill. They also used a long-life version of the green coolant but only in Oregon.
