I bent my rear axle on my off road truck. Can I replace with F250 axle? If so what year and make. I want beef it up like I did with my 1998 two wheel drive but this a 4x4 with a manual transmission. So I want to get the right one.

You need to replace the entire rear housing from drum to drum. You need the same gear ratio as the front axle so the four wheel drive will work. You also may need to have either the pinion flange or the drive shaft altered for the driveshaft to mate to the different rear axle. I attached the procedure for replacing the differential assembly below for you.
