Bearing replacement

Okay, so my cars bearing is going out and I'm wondering if it is possible to just replace the bearing (being it would be much cheaper) or do you have to replace the whole hub assembly? Thank you.

Yes, if you want to save money you can just replace the bearing. If being done by a shop you might want to ask how much shop labor will be involved as opposed to just replacing the whole unit. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved for replacing a wheel hub assembly:
