Definitely. I sounds like the connector may be the issue or the BCM itself may be the issue.

Those are spade terminals on the other side of the red plastic connector.
I think someone pulled on it when trying to splice wires and loosened the female terminal.
It would just need to be pinched with a pliers.
It seems to be working with the plastic I wedged into it.
If it is a problem in the future, I will get the radio code from the dealer and disconnect the battery before taking that connector off.
Thanks again for all your help and schematics figuring this out.
It saved this girl an expensive repair that she couldn't afford.
