Hello!

How old is the battery? It's possible it's no longer able to hold a charge. There may be corrosion on the battery cables, preventing a good connection, or there may be a problem with the charging system.

To start with, here are a few guides that may help. They show how to safely jumpstart a vehicle, and how to do a quick test of the charging system:

Please let us know what you find.

Thanks, Wendy W.
