Battery replaced car computer needs to be replaced

Thank you. I was late on the post so most of the credit is not mine. Nothing angers me more then incompetance followed by an unwilliness to consider that they may be wrong. Make sure you WRITE a thank you to the service manager who fixed your car. They are the unsung hero's who sometimes get no credit for fixxing someones mistakes. I would put the other Nisson's name and address because they sometimes will hang credits on the wall and perhaps you may save someone else the grief you had if they are aware of what to expect at the other dealer.
