I was just driving my car and the battery light came on. I got my code reader and connected and it reads the following code P0765.
Any help on this?
What does the engine light has to do with P0765?
Do I need to change the transmission fluid?
Change the soleinod D?
Change the transmission?
What about the battery problem?
The alternator was change about a year ago.

First have battery checked for condition including load test. It may be a belt problem as recommended replacement for belt and tensioner is 60,000 miles. All the shift solenoids are on the valve body and a transmission professional should do this as it may be something else like a failed part clutch. Check fluid if you can if dark brown or black have a transmission professional look at this as it may need a rebuild. If battery in bad shape it can set a false code however.
