The alternator is charging at 14.39 with nothing on, and 14.43 with the lights on. I ran OBD2 check on the battery and the alternator. The battery is good, the alternator is within the range. However, I'm also having a B1676(1/1) CM code for the ABS.

The B1676(1/1) CM code for the ABS refers to a problem with the right front wheel speed sensor. Please start a new question for that. The charging system could have a bad connection, I would check for burnt or melted wiring connectors at the alternator. Here are the alternator wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Also check fuses# f11 and f111 in the under-hood fuse panel. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

You were correct, it was the charge indicator wire came unplugged. The previous owner, miraculously, has seemingly broke off every clip keeper on this Lincoln. Replaced it and all is good. Haven't started the ABS issue yet. Will let you know when done. Thanks for the help.
