Does the battery have some type of fuse that would prevent the car from starting if left overnight and acts like it is drained?

Can you find out if the battery has some type of fuse that would prevent the car from starting if left overnight and acts like it's dead? Everything is dead on cluster and no power whatsoever, but when checking the battery its full, once jumped from front terminals under the hood it starts fine then after few minutes, which isn't enough time to recharge the battery, if turned off and turned on car starts fine, so am thinking something like a fuse prevents the car from getting the battery feed. This happened to me on a 05 sl500 and found a fuse for the front battery that's why it always acted as drained.

You could have a cluster that is going out here are the fuses you need to check and I would do a CAN scan as well to see if there any codes stored. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
