My shop replaced the control arms and ball joints five months (6,000 miles) ago. While replacing my sway bar links, the ball joints looked old, cracked, and not like the ones I ordered. Did my shop not replace the ball joints and just keep the high quality ones I supplied? The last photo is of the part I ordered and they supposedly used. ProForged part with a 1,000,000 mile warranty.

Those bolts do not looked like they did not even got touched? They could have at least wiped the grease down? But to answer your question, no it does not look like they replaced them. Take your invoice and speak with the service manager if they charged you labor to replace them.

That is what I thought! They did not charge labor because they overlooked the issue with my control arms. However, they took the ball joints I supplied and never used them! Thank you for your response!
