It is leaning inward toward my car and rubbing the tire well. Is this the ball bearing that broke?

Hi Dom,

More than likely if it is leaning in from the top this is what is called the upper control arm. There is a ball joint on the end of it that connects to the knuckle. The hub bearing connects to the knuckle. The wheel bolts to the hub bearing.

The only way to fix this is to replace the entire control arm. Once you do this, you will need to perform an alignment.

Take a look at the attachments and let me know if you have any questions.
