Backseat suck in recline position

I put my 60% seat down and cannot put it back up due to seat belt being stuck. I pulled on the seat belt to try and release it but no luck. Is there any way to get it loose to get my seat back up?

Hello, I am Danny.

If your seat belt is latched into the receptacle I would suggest putting all your body weight on the seat back to help relieve tension on the the seat belt itself while trying to release the seat belt receptacle.
