I get a backfire through my exhaust under a load at about 2500-3000 rpm while driving, but if I put it in park I do not have that problem. I am lost.

When under load, misfiring can occurs when spark plug related components are faulty. It could be due to presence of oil or water. Have them checked.

Any exhaust leaks and how is the mixture? Very lean can cause exhaust back fire.

Hey Dustin,

I am wondering if you have a broken valve spring that is causing the issue, can you take a video of the problem and post it on you tube then give us the link so we can see exactly what it is going?

Best, Ken
