Back passenger tire is wobbling when driving.

The back passenger tire wobbles when driving even at speeds as low as 30 mph. If you jack the car up and shake the tire from side to side and up and down it moves quite a bit. The other side is fine. The lug nuts are tightly secured so I don't know what the problem could be.

It's probably a bad wheel bearing or a bent wheel. Take tire off and roll it you'll see if it's bent but i'd go with the wheel bearing.

Would it make the tire fall off? The wheel bearing being bad that is.

If it's wobbling it's dangerous to drive. It will damage brakes as well as possibly a strut or other suspension components.
