When you put into drive and start to go it takes off very slow when you get to about twenty five to thirty it goes like normal but any time you come to a stop it does the same thing. It will go seventy to eighty mph on highway no problem, it does not ever slip or leak. The code I get is po971. Please help.

There is the trouble tree for the trouble code you will need a professional scan tool to activate the line pressure solenoid and watch the value of it. Let me know what you find.

No, that will not help for the transmission code not engine data stream. You need a professional scan tool to command the line pressure solenoid then watch the feedback to see how it reacts. Unfortunately, that is what you need to diagnose and repair a lot of issues in modern cars. I wish that was not true I could have saved a lot of money from having to buy one myself.

Looks like you have other issues as well with a lean and rich code, but the transmission issue is more important to fix first.
